Recruitment Ltd., processes all candidate information
within our company. The data protection acts of
1984 and 1998 require us to comply with certain
regulations which are designed to ensure that
any personal information you provide to us is
dealt with in a proper manner.
By means of submitting your CV, you are deemed
to have given consent to that data being processed
for recruitment purposes. All information about
you submitted is on the understanding that the
detail is complete, accurate and true. The contained
information provided by you in your C.V . and
any further communication between yourself and
Laird Recruitment Ltd., will be placed and stored
on our secure C.V . database solely for the use
of Laird Recruitment Ltd., in the process of recruitment.
Laird Recruitment Ltd., may from time to time
add to the information obtained from your C.V.
with written or verbal information taken directly
from you. Thus, only information applicable in
aiding the recruitment process may be added.
To aid in the recruitment process Laird Recruitment
Ltd., may from time to time provide information
about you from our database to organisations that
are appropriate to your skill and requirements,
but will not provide any personal identifying
information such as your full name, contact details
or names of current employers unless you have
given express consent verbally or written to the
contrary.
Responding to our media, or advertised enquiries,
deem you to be consenting to the process of your
personal data for the purposes as stated above.
You are entitled to update your information at
any time providing the information is accurate,
correct and true to the best of your knowledge.
You are always entitled to request a copy of any
information about you stored in our database.
If you find the stored information we have about
you to be inaccurate, you are entitled to have
that data corrected or erased.
