Job Description:
Compliance Director required by growing brokerage in the Square Mile. The company has established itself as a respected name in trading equities from small-cap to blue-chip, CFD's and bonds. They have a large client base and a growing stable team of brokers at all levels.
There are now plans to open a new operation to compliment the existing business. As such the Director of the company is looking for a proven, qualified Compliance Director to join the firm, and lead the Compliance from Board Level. As this will be a new venture, not only is there an excellent package on offer, but also the opportunity to gain equity in the firm and be involved in company direction from the outset.
The ideal candidate will have a number of years experience in Compliance at the top level, either already at Director Level, or with a view to moving to the board at the next career opportunity. You will have an exemplary record, and shown stability and loyalty in your career.
